1.Pre-sales service
Equipped with over 30 professional engineers, Geshino is capable of providing professional solutions for all kinds of big LED display projects.Once we get all the project information needed, we can provide the detailed solution, quotations, and drawings of the cabinet & structure.
2.Sales Service
Geshino provide training for the LED screen software, cabinet installation, screen maintenance. We also provide the training when the client comes to visit our factory or when our engineer team goes to the client’s country to help installation.
3.After-sales Service
Geshino provide 3 years warranty for all parts of our products,and offer life-long technical assistance, once client need support, Geshino offer 24hours service standby until led works normal.
4.Providing that any of the following circumstances happen, LEADING shall not take any responsibility for the equipment troubles:
1.Unauthorized disassembling or repairing;
2.Malfunction by misuse;
3.Out of the warranty period;
4.Void or broken series number seal tape;
5.Warranty will not be provided under the following circumstances:
1.Damage due to the users’ misuse;
2 .Damage due to damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters;
3.Malfunction caused by misuse, including unauthorized disassembly, improper testing, etc.
4.Shell damage or components damage in use.
